Terms governing our software engineering consulting, cloud architecture services, and enterprise managed IT partnerships.
1. Service Agreement
By accessing Techprocompsoft Pvt. Ltd website and engaging our software engineering services, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of agreed project milestones, the client receives 100% full Intellectual Property (IP) rights and source code ownership for all custom software deliverables built by Techpro.
3. Limitation of Liability
Techpro shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from third-party cloud infrastructure outages beyond our reasonable control.
